But I’m starting to think that there is much wider issue here, not even getting login SMS, email, phone calls anymore trying to login. And error messages everywhere. Having no way to contact support when you can’t login isn’t great.

I signed up for Revolut today and transferred money into the account. Later during the day when I came to use the app, I could not log in. I always got the message sorry something went wrong, please try again later. Tried several times. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app again but to no avail. I sent an email but the instructions don’t work. I can’t even log in hence I cannot access chat. No sms with new passcodes are being sent. Already the first day and am frustrated and disappointed with this app. Is there a number where one can phone to solve the issue? What about my funds there? Can’t access them. Went through everything in this loop. Want concrete help.

my iPhone 11 (latest software) has been telling me “Something went wrong; please try later” for a while now. Today I deleted the Revolut app, switched phone off and back on, reinstalled app, same problem. I am perfectly stuck because the only way to get support is via the app, and any attempt to get anything done on the web refers to the app, which is … stuck. I have no idea how to proceed at this point … any help appreciated

I have the same problem, my account is literally blocking the revolut app: I used 3 different phones in order to try to solve a “restricted account” issue, and despite reinstalling the app, restarting the phone (whilst the app is or not installed), clearing the cache, clearing the data, I always have the same message “We’re sorry, something has gone wrong” and the funny thing is that if I try to connect on another phone, as soon as I try to connect or verify the email/phone number in order to talk to someone in the chat, it ends up crashing the app and giving the same “We’re sorry, something has gone wrong”. I contacted Revolut by email, phone, twitter, no answer… Does someone have any ideas how to solve this issue or finally manage to contact someone? The only way we found is via my wife account, but they told her that they cannot help if it’s not coming from the account with a problem and force the chat to close…

When I try to transfer money from my bank card to my revolut card, the notification “We’re sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try later.”
I have tried other cards and updated the app and uninstalled are reinstalled the app but the same issue occurs.
Any idea how to fix this?
