I have the same problem and I can’t order a physical card. Every action I want to have shows the same error.

  2. Try via wifi and mobile data
  3. Make sure you have the latest app version and software update

Hi! I encounter a problem while trying to create an account. Whenever I am trying to sign up, I get the notification “Something went wrong. Please try later”. And when I try to sign in I insert my phone number and I am directed to a page to insert my code. The problem is that I have never created a code because my phone was blocking at that stage and so I choose the “Forgot password” option but still while I am waiting for the temporary code an error message is raised. Could you please help me? I guess that my mobile number has been stored but not correctly in order to recognize an account for it

This is so frustrating. I cant get hold of anyone at Revolut. I don’t have access to my account, I cant pay rent, and cant pay anything else.

that is what exactly I have experienced.
There seems a bug in this passcode processing.

Hi,

I have followed the instructions and I even received email notification stage but then the screen just remained white page ( not going anywhere)
Then ,it says “there’s something wrong and please try it again later”

How can I even go to in chat app if I can’t even reset my passcode and entered ???

Hi Veda,

I am very tech savvy person but the suggested method is not working.
The app is buggy for resetting pass code.
I am having issue as well.
I hope the team really looks at this since this kind of situation will make Revolut not to be used for primary app for funding/source of payment.
Just fyi, I am still waiting for the fix of pass code.

I am having the same issue now. I needed to reregister my finger prints on my phone so biometric authentication expired. I don’t remember passcode so I tried to reset it… Unfortunately text message or selfie and ID pics don’t work - I keep getting “something went wrong, try again later”. I tried clearing data and cache, reinstalling app - nothing helped.
I checked status website and it says everything is working fine (System status | Revolut).

I also tried contacting via mail and Facebook - in both cases I got automated message that they are having higher amount of requests than usual (yeah right, for some reason every single automated system says that recently) so I should contact via in-app chat… when my problem is the fact that I cannot log into the app!!

No reasonable form of contact like the phone or something… even despite the fact that I am premium paying member (and 8€ is quite a lot for a banking app). What the hell?

Oh, the best part: I am not even trusted enough to create new post on this forum. :smile:
