Weird issue with accessing this site (forum)

There is some strange issue with accessing forum. It started yesterday.
As I understand forum IP was changed recently.
Old one - 64.71.168.202
New one - 72.52.80.11

I can only access this site if I manually override old ip with new on my system.
Might be some DNS issue?

With old IP I get this:

Tried from 3 various places / 3 devices. Same problem.

I am using the PWA on my phone. Works fine.
DNS may propagate some time but I am not to sure if that error is related to that issue. Maybe routing in the community? Cache?

Looks like dns updated now and uses new IP.
Though, I had to manually use “service restart_dnsmasq” command in my router to force dns record synching.
