Waiting for my verification more than Revolut says that it usually takes

Hello everyone,

I have the IOS app in my phone and I still unable to verify my identity. If I try to navigate theough the help functionality to the “I’m unable to verify my identity” it doesn’t let me to re-submit my verification images.

I have made a transfer and I am waiting for more than 2 days for my verification. I contacted the bot to solve the issue but I am not receiving any responses back.

I saw that it was reported before this issue but it looks is not solved still. Also there is no contact line that someone can sort this issue for us.

Any help would be much appreciated.
