Hi, I’ve been placed on the wait list and still on it, sent a referral to someone in my same country (Same house even) and they got access immediately and I haven’t been bumped up the list and still have no access.
Why has this happened? We are both in Ireland.
Did you use Irish address and phone number? Have you picked the name of the country properly?
I think so, I can’t go in and check because the app is locked on the screen saying I’m on the wait list.
Are you able to contact them via in-app support?
