Virtual card mistaken

Hello,

I just created my Revolut account through the app, because I will be living abroad and I need a physical card (not a virtual one). Nevertheless, I did a mistake because in the first place I created a virtual card and therefore when I created my physical card I noticed I had to pay an extra 6€ (besides the 6€ shipping).

Is there a way I can somehow remove this virtual card and get these 6€ back to my account?

Hey Polins. Have you tried contacting support via the in app chat? They will be able to help you.

If you are going to live abroad for some time you might want to look at Premium. With Premium you get a higher withdraw limit which could be useful living in another country. Also you get 2 premium cards free, with free shipping and you can create/delete virtual cards with no additional fee.
