Virtual Card does not appear

Hi everyone,

After the successful ID validation, my virtual debit card still does not appear (I’ve been waiting one week).

What should I do?

Were you asked for verification before being able to order a virtual card? If so, were you charged for one?

I’ve not been charged. I’ve been asked to top up 10 pounds (they are still there).

There’s a good chance the card wasn’t ordered and you were just asked to verify before. If you want to be completely sure you can get in touch with the support team from the More tab of the app :wink:

I went to “more” but I didn’t find the link to contact support

In the More tab there’s a button called Support. Inside, there’s another one called Chat with us. Inside that one, type live agent and you’ll be talking to one :wink:
