The answer is no, absolutely not. The premium card will not give you any benefit in airport lounges as of now

And the fees that were introduced today do not differ from the ones you pay cash directly in the lounges. 27,99 Euro for a lounge seat in SCL is kind of ridiculous - especially when having them announced as wholesale prices.
I stay with my 2 Priority Passes with my Amex Platinum. Lounge Access for free.
