Verify my card / Problems with Chat

I have been asked to verify my account, every time I try to verify, it tells me I have the wrong number. It has now locked me out of the account.

I have also tried using the app support chat and cannot access the messages. I understand they are busy but i have waited and waited. And then they message me and I can’t respond. It’s quite frustrating. So I was just looking to see if someone could help.

I have updated the app, closed it down and reset it. Reinstalled it. Still I have had no luck.

As I can see you have managed to verify your account. That’s awesome.

You had to provide an additional document so we could be able to unlock your account. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
