Verify Identity fails

After having photographed and scanned the passport and taken a photo of my face, when I try to submit i get a persistent error saying to check my internet connection (which is working properly).

Anyone encountered this ?

I veritify my account using chat support and sending my data there. Try to contact with team using Revolut app -> chat support :slight_smile:

i couldnt validate mine either .
i had to do it via support chat
