Hello, you should give a list of forms of identity thay are acceptable. I previously tried to join my medical card, as it was more on hand. After realising it did not work, I got my passport - but by then verification failed completely. I would like to either verify again or delete my account. I have messaged the service, but no response. I would really hope this works out.
