Verification / Transfer Process - Funds frozen and no contact

Please help! I transferred funds on Friday. I see the funds greyed out. I have sent the verification documents. No response at all. Please return the funds to the originator (me). The lack of communication and clarity on dates / process is unnerving for customers. Please respond.
