Verification taking too long

I received my revolut card today. Wanted to activate it using my revolut app. But my information and documents needed to be verified first. And this verification is going for almost 12 hours. Even though I found information that it may take up to 1 hour. What could be wrong and how to fix it? Thanks

Any reason why you could not complete the automated verification process?

The reason for the delay is most likely that a Revolut employee must do the verification manually and this can take some time. You can try to talk to support and ask what is happening. To get past Rity type “live agent”
