Verification takes 7 days and no one is responding (SOLVED)

I am getting really angry with this verification thing. I sent big amount of money to Revolut as I did 3 times before and didn’t know about the limit. It would be good to inform users about that. Now my transaction is pending for two weeks and the dolar is going down so it’s loosing value every day. The whole point of using Revolut was to get a better exchange rate… Not good… Nobody responding on the in-app chat and there’s no other contact. Even worse… I would be happy if someone verified the documents or sent the money back…
