Verification system


Hello, I uploaded my verification a week ago, and three days later a live agent ask for another detailed photo of it. I sent it and he said everything is good but another few days passed I still can’t active my card because the profile section said my documents are still under review. Can anyone help me? I tried to reach another live agent but the customer service sucks no one answers me at all. Not even the robot.

I tried that and someone said will put me in the cueue of verification team. But it’s been two days I still haven’t heard from any of them.
