New here: I uploaded my old driver’s license, it did not stipulate photo until after I had done it. So I then sent my passport, I have now been waiting since 11.55 for verification. (At one point your system told me I was in Switzerland, which I am not, I am in the UK). The RITA system said someone would contact me in 9 minutes, that was about an hour ago. I really don’t know what to do. Can you help me please?
