I have made a one-off transfer/top up from my bank that is above my limit and have been asked to verify the source of the funds. The live agent put me in touch with the relevant team but a pop-up message indicates it may take 96 hours for them to reply. In the meantime, what evidence would be required for this? The app allows attachment of photos - would photo of my bank account showing the transfer be sufficient?. Would I attach that to the chat and hope that it is picked up by the right team?
