Verification process feedback

Verification process… The app took my money without the account being verified, no problem. However, I have had an issue with sending my photo ID due to my phone playing up, so I can’t make any transactions or withdraw it back out. How convenient. Surely, if it was that important to verify an account, I shouldn’t have been able to pay in. My money is now sat in the account, unable to be touched until the problem is resolved, which is already painfully time-consuming.
