Verification problem

I have been trying to verify my account for weeks now. Ive sent a message in the chat but no one is getting back to me. I would really like to use my card. Could someone help me out please.

It continues to say verification pending. As in they are reviewing my documents. And it’s taking forever @AndreasK

What do you mean?
Identity verification?
If yes- go to more> profile> verification and limits then tap “Verify” button.
