You could provide new, well lit, sharp, uncropped photos that are perfectly readable via in app chat and ask them to verify you manually. This might speed things up. A clue is to provide support all documents and details necessary to solve your problem without getting back and forth too much (or at all). In my experience, this is the most effective way to communicate with their support.
