Verification of my Revolut Account


I have submitted my documents for verification since 6 days now. According to the app the verification should have come through in 24 hours. But this has clearly not happened. Moreover I do not receive any reply from customer support. No matter how many messages I sent I just don’t receive any reply. I am actually paying for the premium subscription every month and still such bad service.

Can someone please help me out here? This is really concerning and frustrating.

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply. I would however like to know why there has been no response from the in-app support although I have messaged so many times. Is there an issue with the system or is this on purpose?
