Verification - no response for over three days

I submitted my verification documents at 09:05 on 6 Mar, within two hours of having been notified that a transfer of €35,000 to my account required you to conduct further verification. It is now after 15:00 on 9 March - over three days later. I have had ZERO response through your in-app chat, even though I have been chasing through that app.

This is supposed to be a 24 hour process. Please can you explain why I have had zero response. You are current holding a transfer of €35,000 of my money, and not releasing it to me. This simply is not acceptable.
