Verification Limits

Last week I tried to transfer €13000 from Coinbase. I didn’t realise I have a limit of £4K.

I got a notification to see I need to increase my limit to receive the money.

I went on the online chat and sent the relevant information to prove funds. I was sent a message saying I would receive a reply within 96hours.

I’m still waiting for the reply and it’s over the 96 hours.

I’m getting very concerned about the money as it’s not showing anywhere!!!

Please help!!!

Sadly the team that handles these issues are often very busy (people don’t ever really read the terms and how limits work). But they will get back to you when you are next in line.
