Verification & limits - waiting time



What is expected time for reviewing the payslips and bank statement to get higher limit? I submitted documents few days ago and still have not got any response. Support chat is also silent, despite being a premium member.


Could potentially be a while.
I have been waiting for a week with the exact same issue.


Any way to speed it up? I am actually blocked because of this and will be travelling abroad in a few days.
