Hope you are well. Is someone able to kindly assist with the below?
Funds were transferred into my Revolut a/c however this has moved me over my limit. Per the in-app chat this has supposedly been moved onto the relevant team to assist but further response still outstanding.
Since I cannot increase the limit myself in the app, can someone kindly advise how I can get this transfer confirmed, so I can access the funds or alternatively have the funds sent back to my bank a/c?
As I have not been able to access these funds I have had to make other arrangements outside of Revolut to process the funds as required, which has not been ideal.
