Verification & limits - no customer service response

Hi Revolut team,

I have an issue with the increase with my verification & limits increase. I asked customer service for help/updates on the process of my request but no reply at all.

I understand there is a lot of traffic. However, customer service simply not replying for a day is anything but best practice.

I have a very urgent payment to make (for which I have to receive funds first) which was due yesterday but I couldn’t. Could you kindly escalate this issue?

Same here… I’ve sent my income document and no response from client service for 3 days now…

That’s soooo bad! The worst things is they simply do not reply, no ETA, nothing.
