Verification - help!

I’m having the same issue a lot of people seem to be having! Have uploaded my UK passport to verify and it has been processing for the past 2 days, I’ve messaged the in app chat but have had no response. I’m going overseas Friday so really need this issue cleared up so I can use the card!
