Thanks for your reply. The problem I have is that I have reached my £4000.00 limit and Revolut is currently reviewing my documents It says this will take up to 24hours it’s been a week
and I can not carry on using this are you able to help

Check on the link I sent you for the alternate ways of contact. Do you happen to have a Facebook or Twitter account?
IMHO the best idea is just use in-app verification (button in “verification and limits” section).
