I’d go as far as saying it equals a new installation (well, the program files are not newly copied but everything is freshly initialised).

Jessica sometimes is a bit more quiet but Andreas usually can always help. It just takes some time and sometimes a bit more nudging as he is swamped with such requests as well. Simply put, Revolut as a whole is overwhelmed right now support-wise - lets hope that gets fixed soon-ish :slight_smile:
