Using a VPN and Revolut overseas.

Hello All,
Sometime ago I read or was told You had to be in close proximity to an ATM when withdrawing cash.
(Probably IF the transaction was questioned by :r: and you needed to confirm transaction.)

Whether that’s the case or not, Would using a VPN confuse the workings of :r: ?

Any idea?

Shouldn’t do if you have location enabled, as this works with GPS.

Not the location service on android?
Wifi, cell tower location, etc
