If I want to use revolut in UK to sign a contract with a agency to rent a house and pay the bill of the house every month, can I use revolut for it?

You can find on this forum both possibilities described. It depends on agency, so you have to try by your own. Remember, that agency can block some money on your account as a pre authorization.

What do you mean by block the money?
In case of the agency would be either leaders or haart,
“Both are possible” means that some agents allow to use revolut card (prepaid card to be exact) but the rest don’t.
