USD Payment Issue


Hello, I made a USD payment with my card but the company is asking me for the “Transaction Reference”. How can I get that? I tried contacting support on my phone but it seems to be impossible to get a Live Agent.

Hi Andreas,
yes one of your agents gave me the authorization code for the transaction. The company tells me that the TLR number they need is a 12 digit number though. At the end they found the transaction so I will send support the TLR number of the transaction so that they can identify it in the future if other users have a problem.
