An ATM in USA did not dispense cash but did give a receipt saying that it had experienced a technical problem (which I have). However, on my Revolut statement it shows the money has come out.
I contacted support and photographed the ‘receipt’ 3 weeks ago. After a few questions, which I clarified, I have heard nothing. I have tried the ATM provider who have referred me back to the card provider.
- Has anyone been in this situation if so how was it resolved?
- I have seen talk of a chargeback form - grateful for a link to one?
- What are people’s success rates with chargebacks?
