I have the same problem - app chat causes app to freeze if you tap the chat
I need to get a hold of a representative but every time I try, either on my phone or on the web, it tells me something went wrong. I’ve tried emailing the feedback department and they keep saying they can;t help me. I tried to add money to my account, the app said my transaction failed, but they still took money off my home debit card. I want a refund for the money they took but can not get ahold of someone to help for the life of me.
If card payments fail, pending payments are usually released automatically. I would expect it to take between a couple hours and maybe two days.
