Hi Revolut team,
I have experienced some serious problems with the app which costed me £15.50 today…
First, I tried to pay for coffee and the transaction has been declined twice by the card machine. However, it did come through … so I ended up paying for my coffee 3 times. Then I got notification about new card being sent to me and then another notification regarding TFL cashing in £10 from my account when I only made a 1 journey from zone 2 to zone 1! This transaction is not even displayed in my spending records!
I’m trying To get in touch with you but the in-app chat is timing out all the time so… I have to deal with my personal financing via forum…this really is not acceptable!
Please can you contact me and resolve the issues as soon as possible? I would also like to get the money back.
I can’t use my card now because I fear that all funds are going to evaporate for some random reason… and so I have more funds frozen on Revolut account.
