Urgent help needed with paiment abroad

I live in paris, i am in swiss for the day. I just did a significant transaction . The amount is debitted on my account but not credited in shop side.

I can not retry the paiment cause my account is empty now

I need to leave for france now and the chat support is proposing support in 6hours from now…

What can i do ?
