URGENT** cant verify my identity

Hi, Im travelling today and had uploaded my documents to verify my identity since yesterday, it is still stuck at the page which says “reviewing your documents…we’ll notify you within 10 minutes”. I have tried messaging the in-app chat and messaged the support team on facebook but have not received any replies.

I would greatly appreciate any help!
