Urgent Can't Verify my ID

Spent hours sending you verification details, after adding £20 to new account and paid £5 for a card, but still can’t verify, no reply from online chat, not able to speak via phone as not accepting calls, just automated. Very frustrating as new customer

support is only mon-fri for non premium users, so … it may be urgent but you will probably get live agent online the next year
