Urgent App Support not working

Dear Revolut,

I have messages via my App Support regarding some transactions that are reversible transactions, that the merchant took as a deposit. Its more than a month now and its still not being refunded to me. I have verified with the merchant via phone that the bank should return the funds to me as the cruise (merchant) will not take it deposits from me.

Please assist me with this urgently

Have you tried ask them about it by in-app support?
