Unresponsive customer service

10 days ago I wired USD to my newly opened Revolut account. Nothing has been credited. Online chat told me they had no clue and would refer the matter to another team. No one is getting back to me despite multiple appeals to do so on the chat. Should I refer this to the FCA as regulator,?or how does one get any response out of Revolut?

When you made the money transfer to Lloyd’s Bank, did you enter the Reference number shown in your app so Lloyds can link that payment to your Revolut account?
