Unlocked account immediately locked


Not sure whether anyone can help me here with this.

My account was recently locked and I believe it was to do with me trying to verify my debit card I had linked to my account (which has previously worked before).

In-app support chat managed to unlock it for me but after one attempt of trying to verify the debit card again, it immediately locked my account for the second time. I’m getting a bit frustrated with this happening now, and as helpful as support are, they never seem to be available when you need them.

Anyone had a similar experience and found a solution to this?


Are you using the correct verification code? You have to have an actual successful top up completed from the card, and not the code attached to the authorisation.
