Unexpected Charge

Hi, i recently created a virtual card for online purchases. at no point during the process did Revolut tell me it was going to cost £5 to create the card. i was a little surprised after creating the card that i had been charged. Its no doubt hidden away in some T&C’s but an in app warning of the charge would have been welcome.
A bit more transparency from Revolut please.

You’re right, there is described in FAQ…

If you haven’t use it, just cancel it and ask support for refund. Probably they’ll do it.

This is the window I get when trying to get a virtual card (it’s in Spanish but yeah shouldn’t be hard :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:). Didn’t the cost show in your case? :frowning:
