unauthorized payments

I have a problem yesterday morning I notice that I had some unauthorized payments In my account. Someone stole (probably a hacker) my card number and steal 57 Euros from my account. I blocked the card from the account immediately when I notice the payments.


The payments are still pending and I am trying to report them in case I will receive my money back. Two days now I am asking for help in the app support but no one is helping me to solve my problem.

Hi there,

I think Revolut will not be able to take any action regarding of unauthorized payments as your card is under your own full responsibility. You should probably contact Google instead and try to explain them the situation as they may be able to reverse the charges and/or provides more informations on what has been bought and how.

Update: Actually you may request a chargeback form from support. Chargeback procedure can take up to 45 days. This is a MasterCard policy to give the merchant who took your funds time to contest the chargeback.
