Unacceptable customer service

5 days have passed since my original message and I’ve still heard nothing.
Please explain why there is such a delay in any communication. This lack of support from Revolut is completely unacceptable. Do you have the means to deal with customer enquiries at all? It seems I am not the only person having his problem.

I look forward to hearing from you with an immediate resolution.
