I have a premium account of which I topped up £1000 for my trip to LA in 4 days. The Revolut card, which has not been used yet, has been blocked and is asking for a verification code which i have been told can be seen on my current account statements. The Revolut card has now claims to have re-creditted my current account and is now sat on £0. Upon ringing my bank they have told me that the money was never taken so therefore no transaction reference has been produced.
I have contacted live support, i have had no response for 5 hours now. This is appalling. How can i verify my card which out a reference?
