Unable to use card abroad - HELP

Up until last night, I’ve been using my card without issue whist in the States on business.

The card was declined lastnight and today at two restaurants. Account is topped up and ready to use.

Need advice urgently please.

Check security setting in the app. You can activate a deactivated card there. The push notifications usually tell the reason why a payment was declined. Did you check them?

had the same problem and contacted support:

Apparently the had some issues which affected card payment funtionality.
Should be resolved by now according to support
