Unable to transfer money back to my Account

Hi there!

I’m trying to transfer money back to my account but the check sign doesn’t get clicked at all. Currently the amount that I’m trying to retrieve is 1,19 euros, is there any minimum amount for transfers? Or is it a bug?

PS: In the reference I’m using the same reference that I use to transfer the money into the Revolut account.

Hi,

there should not be a minimum amount. It should be a SEPA account, though. Otherwise there could be fees which exceed the amount you want to transfer.

Hi.

I was able to contact the Customer Care and I was informed that indeed there is a minimum. The minimum is 2 euros.
