I am using the app in iPhone and not able to order the physical card. Is this a know issue? Could you please help?
Thanks for your reply. It gives me the error message “We’re sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try later” as soon as I click on the link.
It’s indeed a temporary error which occurs from time to time with . Maybe you can try tomorrow?
If it still doesn’t work then, I’d suggest using the in-app support chat, clicking the More tab, Support and then typing live agent.
