Unable to open account

Hello,

I signed up for an account back in December (12/5), and I still have not been allowed to open an account. When I first signed up I was in position 3,000, and now I keep going down (currently in about 7,000 place). Not really sure what is going on, but I feel like it shouldn’t take this long to open an account.

I am also having same issue. I have signed up on 12/31. I have been put on queue. Is there any ETA on account opening?

Have you resolved your issue or heard anything?
