Unable to login - something went wrong

Hello Team,

Since this morning I am unable to assess my account - getting something went wrong message after putting in pass code.
I tried updating the app, reinstalling, changing pass code, offloading the app, tried on another device. Login via web page also not working, when put in my credentials it is just looping back to login screen. Also tried it with different internet providers

Please help
